Is your child not interested in sports? Give your children the gift of a healthy lifestyle. As natural movement and play become an obsolete part of our daily lives and interests in computers and video games are increasing, children are becoming less fit. This in turn makes it more difficult as adults to control weight and stay healthy. Our youth fitness programs are designed to provide children, especially children that don’t play sports, with a fun atmosphere to increase their fitness level. These programs do not necessarily require athletic talent but will incorporate physical activity as well as development of hand eye coordination, balance, and stability.

Programs for Athletes

Has your athletic child struggled with pain or recurring nagging injury(s)? Our experienced trainers can help your child get back to the playing field and work to prevent future injuries. In today’s world of sports, we don’t provide our children with much downtime. This creates burnout and overuse injuries. Our bodies need time to recover! We can help you and your child plan physical activity to prevent these things from happening. We will work in conjunction with any physical therapist to provide the best chance for recovery.
