Based on the analysis and surveys by the employees, we will design a lunch and learn calendar of workshops and seminars. Designing your Own Fitness Program

This seminar provides you with the necessary tools and knowledge to construct your own successful fitness program. The information applies to anyone with a goal. Seminar will consist of lecture and hands on portions but will not consist of a workout. We will go over how mindset affects results, how to make fitness fun and habitual, and goal setting. In the second part, each person will design how he or she will go about accomplishing his or her specific goal(s). Every program will incorporate fitness, nutrition, and mental components.

Do Food Labels Lie?

In order to really know what you are eating, you have to be able to read between the lines of the food label. What does the nutrition facts label really mean? How about the nutritional claims on the front of most packages? For instance, “Cholesterol Free” may have never had cholesterol to begin with or whole grain does is not the same as 100% whole wheat.
