I've never joined a gym, and in all honestly I loathed PE in school. I just stayed fit by being active until I found myself car and desk-bound this summer. I signed up for Lisa's fitness class and I was so impressed that I all but pestered her to continue it after the initial six-weeks was up. I feel better than I did at the start of the six-weeks and look forward to class each Tuesday.
