I was skeptical that I'd be able to train with Lisa virtually, but the pandemic made me take the leap. It's been great! It's so convenient and I get just as much guidance and individual attention as if I were in the studio. I can workout with Lisa no matter where I am. Even though I could go back to in person training now, I love virtual so much, I'm sticking with it!
