The wealth of information available may leave you overwhelmed and frustrated. Our Individual nutrition counseling will help you overcome problems with eating by first teaching you how to become aware of what, why and how much you are eating.  Initially, you will be asked to provide a background health questionnaire and eating behavior assessment and a 3-day food diary. After a thorough analysis and assessment of your current intake, personal goals and likes/dislikes, we will develop a nutrition plan with specific strategies focused on YOU.
